Dat is an experienced senior physiotherapist with a strong background in sports physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and sports science, enabling him to expertly bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and athletic performance.

With several years of experience working with football and sporting clubs across South East Queensland, Dat has provided on-field injury management, acute care, and tailored rehabilitation programs for athletes of all levels. His comprehensive approach ensures that every patient — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes — receives the right mix of hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and performance-focused rehabilitation.

Dat has a special interest in long-term sports injury rehabilitation, particularly guiding clients through every stage of recovery — from the initial injury and early load management, through to gym-based reconditioning and safe return to sport.
