Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Michael completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Sciences in the UK, developing a strong foundation in human physiology, biomechanics, and evidence-based practice. He began his physiotherapy career within the NHS, gaining valuable experience across a broad range of clinical settings before relocating to Brisbane in pursuit of new professional opportunities and challenges.
Michael’s clinical skill set allows him to tailor treatment to each patient’s specific goals and presentation. He has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic low back pain, nerve-related pain, rotator cuff injuries, and headaches.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Michael previously played youth football for Sunderland and Middlesbrough FC. His early exposure to elite-level physiotherapy and sports science sparked a lasting passion for injury management, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. He brings this unique blend of clinical expertise, sporting insight, and genuine care to every patient he works with.
